Last weekend the weather was so great that on Sunday April 2nd, Melvin and I decided to journey to the top of NYC and climbed the building at 30 Rockerfeller Center, know as "Top of the Rock". Here's a glimpse of the great view and as per usual tons more on my flickr

Spring like weekend in NYC

This weekend in NYC the weather was really great, hopefully a hint of the spring to come. So Melvin and I belted up our cameras and explored some new areas of the city we haven't really checked out...First stop was Roosevelt Island where we walked along the East River and took the Tram into Manhattan. We walked along the East side before heading downtown for a play my friend Katy was working on called "The Seven" . Heres how that went (more can be seen at my and Melvin's flickr sites)

Astoria: Part I- The Park

One of my favorite places to go in Astoria is down to Astoria Park. You can walk along the water and catch a glimpse of the Triboro Bridge or the Hells Gate Bridge. There's a track to run on or if you prefer a more aquatic way of getting around theres always the public pool. Here is just a taste of the many shots I have of or in Astoria Park.....
